Blending and Packing Plant
Runs the Yatala grinding, blending and packing operation on three shifts, turning raw materials into finished bagged and bulk products that match the recipe, the specification and the production schedule while keeping dust exposure and plant downtime under control.
What the team is accountable for
- Prepare, weigh and load raw materials to the batch recipe
- Operate the hammer mill, ribbon blenders, packer and palletiser
- Complete batch records and pack weight checks every shift
- Carry out changeovers and cleaning between products
- Report hazards, incidents and equipment faults on the day
